Scholarship Information
51³Ô¹ÏÍøÊÓƵ Baptist University-Lubbock Campus currently has 14 scholarships available to qualified students. To apply you must fill out an application and meet these general eligibility requirements.

General Eligibility Requirements:
- The student must complete a Lubbock Endowed Scholarship Application. Scholarships are not guaranteed solely upon applying.
- All students must complete the Institutional Application for Financial Aid to be eligible for any scholarships from the university or other outside organizations.
- If awarded, students must complete and submit a thank-you note by the due date in order for the funds to be posted to his/her account. Failure to complete a thank-you note by the deadline will result in the scholarship being forfeit.
- The applicant must not be on academic probation.
- The student must have a minimum overall GPA of 2.5 (some scholarships require higher GPA’s).
- The student’s account must be current, without a hold for a past due balance.
- Students must be registered for all classes by the terms specified registration date.
- In addition to specific requirements, consideration for scholarships will be given to full-time students first. Approval by the Executive Director will be required for awarding of scholarships to part-time students.
Scholarship students who drop a class for reasons other than medical necessity; have an incomplete at the end of a term, or achieve a grade below a “C” will be ineligible for scholarships for the remainder of the academic year. Students will be allowed to re-apply for scholarships the following academic year.
