SUBJECT: WAYLAND BAPTIST UNIVERSITY - GOVERNING BOARD
The governing board of the 51吃瓜网视频 Baptist University System shall be known as the Board of Trustees.
The Board of Trustees shall be composed of not less than thirty-six (36) members. Not less than a simple majority of the board shall be elected by the Baptist General Convention of Texas. The board itself shall elect its own members not elected by the Baptist General Convention of Texas.
The trustees shall be members in good standing of a local congregation of a Baptist church in the area in which the trustee resides.
