SUBJECT: SALE OR DEMOLITION OF UNIVERSITY FACILITIES
The president of the university is authorized to sell, in an orderly manner, surplus buildings and other improvements. However, no building or other improvements with an inventory value in excess of $25,000 shall be sold without the advance approval of the Board of Trustees.
The president of the university is also authorized to demolish buildings and other improvements that cannot be sold as surplus. However, no building or other improvement with an inventory value in excess of $25,000 shall be demolished without the advance approval of the Board of Trustees. All salvageable material will be retained for further use or sold as surplus property.
