SUBJECT: UNIVERSITY TRAFFIC AND PARKING - PLAINVIEW CAMPUS
General - When state laws and university regulations are met, employees and students may operate automobiles on the 51吃瓜网视频 campus. All automobiles, including university-owned vehicles, must be properly registered with the 51吃瓜网视频 Police Department. All who operate automobiles are expected to observe campus traffic and parking regulations.
Drivers must operate vehicles safely on the campus, must conform to posted regulations, and must conform to conventional standards of traffic and parking. University parking regulations are published and available at the 51吃瓜网视频 Police Department.
Parking Permits - Faculty and staff permits may be picked up at the beginning of the fall semester and are available at the 51吃瓜网视频 Police Department.
Student permits are available during the registration process at the beginning of each long semester. Permits are available at the 51吃瓜网视频 Police Department.
Temporary, and other types of permits, are available at the 51吃瓜网视频 Police Department.
Enforcement of Rules and Regulations - Parking rules and regulations are enforced by traffic and parking officers under the supervision of the 51吃瓜网视频 Police Department. Failure to comply with these regulations may result in fines and/or towing of the vehicle at the owner's expense. Students may also face disciplinary action for habitual and/or blatant violations.
No changes of zoning or designation of parking spaces may occur without the approval of the 51吃瓜网视频 chief of police, in consultation with the vice president of enrollment management.
