Policy 7.4.3

SUBJECT: COORDINATION AND DISTRIBUTION OF BROCHURES AND RELATED PUBLICATIONS

All university publications designed for general distribution will be coordinated through the Office of Institutional Advancement. This coordination will include content and structure review. In addition it will insure that all publications conform to the university identification guidelines.

Bulk distribution of catalogs, view-books, or other publications designed to acquaint prospective students with the university and its programs will be coordinated by the Office of Admissions to ensure the availability of adequate quantities of each publication. On the Plainview campus, bulk distribution of course schedules will be coordinated by the university registrar.

Bulk distribution of view-books, course schedules or other publications for external campuses will be coordinated by the vice president of external campuses.
