Campus Sexual Misconduct Resources

This website provides victims of sexual violence with an array of resources that reflect the University's commitment to preventing and responding to sexual misconduct, including sexual assault, relationship violence, domestic violence, stalking, and sexual harassment.

You may use these resources to get confidential support, to address safety concerns, to locate providers of medical care and counseling, and to learn how to report sexual assault.


Title IX Administrator

Dr. Justin Lawrence is the Title IX Adminisrator at 51³Ô¹ÏÍøÊÓƵ Baptist University. He oversees all Title IX related reports, complaints, Title IX assessments, programming and training on Title IX related matters WBU Campuses.

Any person may report sex discrimination, sexual violence, dating violence, domestic violence, stalking, and other sexual misconduct including sexual harassment (whether or not the person reporting is the person alleged to be the victim of conduct that could constitute sex discrimination or sexual harassment), in person, by telephone, or by electronic mail, to the Title IX Administrator via the contact information below.

A report to Dr. Lawrence may be made at any time (including during non-business hours) by using his email or online reporting form.

The Excutive Director of Student Services

The Executive Director of Student Services Office serves as a central point for coordinating resources to support students who are experiencing crisis and can assist victims/survivors with interim support measures such as changing class schedule, moving to a different residence hall, talking with professors, withdrawing from classes etc. as related to sexual and relationship violence. Throughout the process, the Executive Director of Student Services will provide support, advocacy, assistance, and connection to resources, while taking every precaution to ensure that privacy considerations are respected.

Student Counseling Center

Student Counseling Center provides CONFIDENTIAL supportive services to survivors of sexual assault, rape, domestic violence, dating violence, stalking, and sexual harrassment.

Survivors are encouraged to discreetly identify the nature of their crisis to front desk staff in order to expedite meeting with a professional as soon as possible. Survivors are provided with follow-up consultations while determining how they want to proceed with their recovery.
