How can I send mail to my student?
- If your student lives in a dorm, his or her campus mailbox number will be available through the WBU post office.
- To contact the on-campus post office, call 806-291-3619 or visit the first floor of the McClung University Center.
- In addition to the post office, most packages arriving via courier (UPS, FedEx, DHL) are delivered to Central Supply and can be picked up Monday through Thursday between 10 a.m. to 1 p.m. 2 and 5 p.m. and Friday between 10 a.m. to 1 p.m. 2 and 4 p.m. Most packages are available 24 hours after being received. The student must present a valid ID and/or CMB key to sign out for the package. On-campus students must use the following shipping address for packages, otherwise, the packages will be returned to the sender:

How can I access my student's bill?
- Students are able to view their account statement 24/7 on MyWBU under Student Services by clicking on the "Finances" tab. Federal legislation, known as FERPA, protects student privacy.

How can I access my student's grade?
- Federal legislation, known as FERPA, protects student privacy. It is possible for a student to complete a FERPA consent form through the Registrar's office that will allow a parent or guardian access to student information.

What type of spiritual activities are available for my child?
- In addition to weekly chapel services, our BSM provides dozens of ministry opportunities for students. We also have an active chapter of Catholic Student Association, and several student-led Bible studies.

Can students have vehicles on campus?
- Yes, you can have a vehicle on campus. Any vehicle parked on campus is required to have a parking permit. Permits can be collected through the University Police Department or the Housing Office in UC 203.
- Permits are required on all vehicles parked on campus 24 hours per day. For more information about parking permits, visit the University Police Department or the Housing Office in UC 203.
- Parking permits are free to residential and commuter students.
- Permits are valid from August 1st, or the date of issue, until July 31st of an Academic Year. The expiration date is on the window decal.
- There are designated parking spots or "zones" on campus.
- Tags designated "C" are for Commuter students
- Tags designated "D" are for Dorm Residents
